So today we are going over a good old fashioned punch kick combination. We will start off with a basic jab, cross, hook and add a left hook to the body. Make sure to turn your right shoulder into the opponent (bag) to create a little more torque for the left to the body. From here (staying low) throw a right high kick. The reason for staying lower is to hide the kick a little bit more. Remember to land back into position.
