We have been going over a lot of counters the last few weeks. This week we are going to take it back a few and focus on some short easy combinations that you can add to your arsenal
For Monday we are attacking the front leg. Throw a jab and proceed to throw an inside left kick to opponents inner part of knee. Note the balance and footwork in video. Then bring the left leg slightly back and return with another left kick to the body or head.
