Tuesday June 20

Today Tuesday we will play off the same attack as Monday. Start off with a jab and cross. Then attack the inside of the knee with a left low kick. Make sure to angle out slightly so you're just outside the opponents stance. Then finish with a right knee to the stomach. At this point your right knee and the opponents mid section should be directly across from each other.
