Perform 1 jab then 1 inside low kick then 1 hook and 1 outside low kick

Now let's get into our combo set

1 right uppercut

1 left hook

1 left hook again but roll before to build momentum

Finish with a kick


1 push kick

1 round house kick opposite side

50 times
