Thursdays lesson will be on using your elbow to block the oppponents swim in the clinch. keep your elbow glued to the middle of your opponent's chest. this will block the path. dont be afraid to switch balances and move your shoulder around

The combination we will work on today on pad work will be


right uppercut

left hook

right cross

right kick

the finisher after pad work is going to be 10 min of clinch and 1 round of burpees right after
