Happy hump day everyone!!! today lets practice pivoting out of the way and countering with a kick. If the opponent is charging at you aggressively

1 have your hands uop to block

2 use one of your hands to measure and pivot to that side. IE let hand out, left pivot, right hand out right pivot

then finish with a kick to the mid section

For wednesday on the pads in addition to your freestyling lets add some parry and counter moves.

1 parry the opponents jab and pivot the the left. throw a right kick after.

2 parry the opponents right cross and pivot the right. throw a left kick after

Finishing drill for today. Again we are drilling the pivot and kick. 50 on each side
