July 3 Monday

Today we will block/check our opponents right roundhouse kick with our left shin and immediately counter with a push kick. do not bring your foot back down after blocking. keep the leg up and throw the push kick from there. Balance is going o be key!!!!

For our beginner level students I want you to practice blocking kicks. simple checks. Make sure to bring your knee up to your elbow creating a shield.



For todays combo we will start with a jab, follow with a right uppercut then add a left hook to the body finishing with a right kick



Lastly we will finish monday with 50 kicks on each side but i want you to block first then kick
