Wednesdays lesson will focus on a clinch counter. We will create space by using a cross face technique over our opponents face when they have control in the clinch. Use the blade of either arm to come across the opponents nose, eyes, chin, neck... anything. This will create space for you to swim under and gain control . Take a look at the video

Start with a jab, cross. Then step in with your left foot and throw a right upper elbow. From here we will add a left hook to the body.
