This week we will go over attacking the back leg.
For Monday let's go over with some long set ups using our right kick.
Shoot your right kick and bait the opponent to block. Fake the right kick and step to the left (outside opponent guard) and attack the inner part of the thigh
For our combo today we will keep everything simple
Close range: right uppercut, left hook, right cross and add 2 left kicks.
Don't forget... use it in your freestyle on pads
Mondays finishing drill will be 50 on each side of 1 pushkick and an opposite side roundhouse kick. IE push with left roundhouse with right and vice versa
