we will practice our push kick timing today. Watch the opponents hip. Use your push kick as soon as you see the hip come up. Keep more weight on your back foot to keep your left foot light. Shoot for the mid section
Fridays combination for the pads
1 push kick then a double round house kick on the opposite side.
Note when you use the right push kick I want you to step foward and go to a southpaw stance for your round house kicks
Lets end the week with 10 mins of clinch work. try to incorporate all the techniques we learned throughout the week
