So this week we will work on headmovement. With a partner, let's start off Monday with an easy

Jab

Cross

Jab

We will block the 1st 2 punches and slip the last Jab. Make sure to bend your knees, get your head off the center line, and point your left shoulder at the opponent

For our combo on the pads we will focus on balance

Jab

Right kick

Jab, cross, hook

Make sure to come back to the same balance


Finishing drill for Monday

Knees and squats.

1 person kneeing on the bag while your partner does squats. 1 round each
